These people are outright liars and should be treated as such.
@CoxHelp Nah because nothing can happen until the outage is cleared and I have the advanced support on sped dial. I’ve discovered it is a necessity when having this service. Those folks are terrific, but I talk to them far too often.
Two significant daytime outages in 9 days. No other service I have is this poor, especially for the price. Not to mention the data caps. @CoxComm

I wish my service with @CoxComm was reliable. There’s an outage roughly once a month. Claude and I are gonna build something to quantify how flaky this service is. For what it costs it needs to work way better than it does.
@WhiteHouse Nice AI video. Also, that just means premiums will go up at least that amount. Not to mention this does almost nothing to solve the actual problems with healthcare affordability. Two more weeks?
