I'm Ivan. I help indie devs get iOS apps through App Store review.
Rejections, info requests, 4.3 spam, paywalls that keep bouncing. I read the message, tell you what's actually behind it, and if you want, I write the reply and handle every round until it's approved.
Send me the rejection message, DMs are open.
@startupoppa@johnternus when it's a misread, don't upload again. reply under the rejection with a short screen recording of the thing they missed, on the same build
Guideline 2.1 has a line people skip: if your app has a login, include demo account info. And turn on your backend.
It usually breaks on the account itself. It needs a code sent to your phone, it expired, or it's empty.
Before submitting, delete the app, install from TestFlight and sign in with the exact login from App Store Connect.
if your login is what got you bounced, send me the message and I'll tell you where I'd start.
@Max9105134@AlDev0 competitor titles and subtitles in that country's store first, https://t.co/SlUnphK6HS with the country code shows them. then see which ones come up in search suggestions
@petamarket nothing in the guidelines works like a shadow ban. waiting for review means nobody picked it up yet, and the contact form lets you ask about the status
@resetnak@EntryStateGod while it waits, open your support url on a phone. the guidelines want an easy way to contact you there, and you fix the site without a new build
@chijuano is it (a) or (b) under 4.3 in your message? (a) means it looks too close to another app, (b) means the category is too crowded. different fix for each
