@johnlewishelp is there something wrong with app? I’m trying to remove some items from my basket since yesterday and it keeps saying Oops something went wrong, try again later? Still doing it this morning
@LNER hi there, my ticket is 07.35 service on 17th but alert in app menu says menu for your journey at 06.35. Should I just ignore? Screenshot included
@BroadhurstBooks I don’t have room any more for hardbacks and wait for the paperback. If I’m desperate to read, then I usually reserve and borrow from the library.
@LNER Unfortunately it doesn’t say that in the App - said ‘we have cancelled you need to rebook!’ Hence why I did and was charged. This is very confusing and stressful
@LNER what is going on? My son’s train from Leuchers to York (tomorrow) has been cancelled so I booked him on another train, this time Edinburgh to York and just had a notification that is cancelled as well!!!
@LNER He was on 09.22 from Leuchers to York. Then I booked him on 10.00 from Edinburgh to York. Now I’ve moved him to 09.30 Edinburgh to York and I’ve been charged an admin fee
