Saw Sridhar Vembu's open letter to Indians in US. The letter sounded really genuine.

I just want to share a small quote from Charlie Munger:

"Show me the incentive and I’ll show you the outcome.

In general, people react only to incentives.

If you search web, you'll know how China was able to get back talent from America.

Sridhar has the ears of government. He need to discuss about incentives to attract NRIs
come back to India.

An open letter is unlikely to bring even one person back.

We are human beings. We are not completely rational or logical people. All of us respond to incentives.

@Me_Predictor Why? It was also him when Indigo was competing with worlds best for intl traffic. Flight operations are an extremely complex network and interlinked network design problem. It's easier to badmouth than to fix it. In most cases delay beyond a certain scale, has a domino effect.
