कानपुर के लोहिया चौराहे पर एक बुजुर्ग स्कूटी से अपनी बेटी की दवा लेकर जा रहे थे। ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने रोक लिया। गाड़ी No एंट्री में भी नहीं थी, फिर भी लगभग डेढ़ घंटे तक खड़ा रखा।

जबरन 2000 से 5000 रुपये तक की वसूली की कोशिश की। धमकी दी कि गाड़ी सीज कर देंगे। बुजुर्ग गिरगड़ाते रहे – कहाँ से लाऊँ इतना पैसा.? आखिरकार 2000 रुपये में बात बनी।

ये कैसी ट्रैफिक पुलिस है जो बुजुर्ग बाप को भी नहीं छोड़ती.?

सूरत के उत्राण रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक महिला तत्काल टिकट के लिए लाइन में खड़ी थी। स्टाफ ने टिकट नहीं दिया। जब उसने शिकायत बुक मांगी तो स्टेशन मास्टर मनोज ने मना कर दिया।

महिला ने सबूत के लिए वीडियो बनाना शुरू किया तो स्टेशन मास्टर भड़क गए। फोन छीन लिया, ओर दो-तीन थप्पड़ मारे, गालियाँ दीं और धमकाया – पुलिस बुलाकर जेल भिजवा दूँगा।

बाद में जब RPF और रेलवे में शिकायत की महिला ने तो स्टेशन मास्टर का बचाव करते हुए एक हफ्ते का समय मांग लिया गया।

एक महिला यात्री अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराने गई और बदले में मारपीट और धमकी मिली। तो उसके मन में व्यवस्था को लेकर क्या भरोसा बचेगा?

उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद की खोड़ा कॉलोनी में एक छोटी सी दुकान है। वहाँ दो पुलिसकर्मी आए, फ्रूटी और बिस्कुट लिए। जब महिला दुकानदार ने पैसे मांगे तो देने से मना कर दिया।

उलटे धमकी देने लगे – दुकान बंद करवा देंगे।

महिला विधवा है। पति नहीं है, दो छोटे बच्चे हैं। इसी छोटी सी दुकान से घर का चूल्हा जलता है। रोज़ी-रोटी का एकमात्र सहारा।

It criticised the NPCI, the org that operates India's retail payment systems, saying that it is creating "a non-level playing field" in electronic payment services.

What followed? ☺️

The UPI payments in India have been free for the public.

Then on Monday the Govt introduced Taxation and Other Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2026.

This was followed by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Sanjay Malhotra said that “someone will have to pay the cost” of UPI transactions. ☺️

Today this bill was passed. It now brings UPI and RuPay debit card transactions under MDR charges.

Point to be noted, Since 2020, the Govt, mandated that transactions on UPI and RuPay debit cards would not attract any MDR charges.

Then why this sudden shift? 🤔

Now apart from Marchants, our ordinary people transactions that exceed ₹2,000 in value, maybe charged 0.25-0.4% of the transaction value.

आज 22430 PTK–Delhi Express में अमृतसर से नई दिल्ली की यात्रा के दौरान ₹40 की Maaza ₹50 में और ₹14 MRP का नकली/लोकल पानी ₹20 में बेचा जा रहा था। मैंने इसका वीडियो बनाकर शिकायत की तो वेंडर भागकर अपने मैनेजर के पास गया। इसके बाद जालंधर से पहले हटाया जा चुका पूर्व मैनेजर ट्रेन में चढ़ा (मेरी जानकारी के अनुसार बिना टिकट) और कुछ लोगों के साथ मिलकर लगातार मेरा पीछा करने लगा।
उसने मेरे ऊपर झूठे आरोप लगाकर यात्रियों को भड़काया कि मैंने उसकी पत्नी का नंबर फेसबुक से निकालकर गाली दी है। इसके बाद लुधियाना में मुझे जबरन ट्रेन से उतारने और हमला करने की कोशिश की गई, जबकि मेरा टिकट नई दिल्ली तक था।
अगर उस समय यात्रियों ने बीच-बचाव करके मुझे नहीं बचाया होता, तो मेरे साथ गंभीर या जानलेवा घटना हो सकती थी। अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए मुझे सरहिंद स्टेशन पर यात्रा बीच में छोड़नी पड़ी, वहां से बस द्वारा अंबाला और फिर दूसरी ट्रेन से नई दिल्ली पहुँचा।
मैं इस पूरे मामले की CCTV, ट्रेन स्टाफ की जानकारी और उपलब्ध वीडियो के आधार पर निष्पक्ष जांच तथा संबंधित वेंडर, पूर्व मैनेजर और शामिल सभी लोगों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग करता हूँ। मुझे अब भी अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर खतरा है।
