@nextofficial I ordered some clothes for next day collection to store. Should have been delivered to store Tuesday - had email to say delayed then yesterday email delivery is on way to store. But still no email to say parcel has arrived? It’s now 2 days late. Not great service.

@HMRCcustomers Tried to call earlier after 20 minutes phone went dead. on the phone again now… 20 minutes in and still no answer. Why would HMRC delete a business account that’s still active and filing vat returns!!
