@insideFPL Thank you @insideFPL! Pole straightened and all old materials removed this afternoon. Terrific work by a group from KY! Your communication with me was great.
@insideFPL We are very grateful for the crews who restored power w/in 3 days. However, they left behind a few things including a transformer which I understand can have toxic chemicals inside. Can we get this removed? And, maybe fix the pole leaning at 30 degrees before it falls?
@RonDeSantis@GovRonDeSantis Eliminating property tax sounds like a wonderful idea, but how does your proposal allow local governments to be able to fund services? As a longtime Florida homeowner p, insurance is a MUCH bigger issue, currently accounting for 50-60% of our monthly payment vs. 10% for taxes.
Does anyone know if the Trump admin plans to scrap the #IRS#IRS600DollarReportingRule#Form1099K? Yes, I know it was never implemented but every year the Biden admin claimed it would be and then didn’t implement it at the last minute. I think phase in is $2.5K for 2025?
@mattgaetz Hey, Matt - are you? Oh, that’s right, you can’t because you ran for reelection then immediately resigned, leaving the 800,000+ residents of your district without representation and the House short one critically needed conservative vote. You abandoned us.
@mattgaetz@elonmusk@DOGE As a resident of your former district, it would have been nice for you to remain in your seat to vote “no” against this item. Instead, you left us w/o representation until April. Your untimely resignation silenced the voice of 800,000+ people, please don’t pretend you care.
@WallStreetSilv Based on her statement regarding moving to Texas to live with her parents, it’s possible she was paying out of state tuition. (See chart below for FSU’s current tuition). While this might make a difference in some disciplines, I don’t see how it would for a teaching degree.
@Cindy_Banyai_FL@MrAndyNgo I do not speak for Santa Rosa County. You asked a question that seemed to imply there was something unusual in this video. There is not.
@Cindy_Banyai_FL@MrAndyNgo I worked for neighboring Escambia County for three years. We would have provided this within the hour. It’s required under law with few exceptions - entering a public building is not one of them.
@Cindy_Banyai_FL@MrAndyNgo As a former PIO for local gov’t in the state of Florida, this should be easily obtained thru a public records request. Anyone entering a public building has no expectation of privacy. The state of Florida has a long record of transparency through well established “Sunshine Laws.”
