1) This role should be passionate about aesthetics. who is living and breathing through it.
2) Will do a lot of impressive presentations, create templates keep handy, work on social media posters, work on illustrations, iconography. Motion is not needed but love this extra skill set.
3) Fluent in communication (will be engaging a lot with folks in US).
4) Know how the startup life works.
5) Looking to hire from 0 - 3/4 years of experience.
6) There will be a case study to understand the candidate.
7) Flexible work hours. Work from home in India, we fly you within India if you are needed.
8) Experimented this role with an internship, but didn't work out, so made this full time to find the right person who can grow with us!

To everyone trying to blame @TVKVijayHQ government for powercuts, let's look at the facts before spreading fake narratives.

TVK government took power just 10 days ago. How can they instantly fix a completely broken power crisis left behind by others? When Jayalalithaa took over in 2011, it took her 6 full months to resolve the electricity crisis left by previous DMK government!

The issues we are facing today are the direct results of voting for the DMK in 2021. We had massive power cuts last summer, and it has been the same story ever since the DMK came to power. Have you all forgotten Senthil Balaji blaming a squirrel (Anil) just to cover up frequent power cuts?

The only reason we did not have major power cuts earlier this summer was because of the elections. The moment the voting was over, the power cuts started right back up.

Stop blaming a 10-day-old government for years of bad management. Give them time to clean up the mess. 👍

We've been using this in our own workflow at work. Fundamentally, we built this for ourselves.

The design tool we want needs to cover 3 core workflows:

1. Direct Manipulation: Design on your real app instead of going back and forth with a separate canvas tool.
2. Intent-Aware Agents: AI that applies your design edits and understands whether you're working at the component or page level.
3. Designer-friendly Git: We think it will be easier if everyone use the same collaboration tool: Git. But it needs to make Git intuitive for designers with auto commits, PRs, and workspaces.

Over the past few days, my workflow has completely shifted to cowork! I wonder if chat will be relevant anymore, I feel the most empowered with cowork purely based on the flexibility within a single task thread. IMO the project context is the only thing i use in chat side.
