@British_Airways my claim for 5 hour delay refused because crew sickness not your fault?? Can someone tell me how to escalate this as it’s bonkers and clearly not fair
@TUIUK I’ve lodged a complaint.. hotel unlawfully held a passport until a non justifiable fine of 60euros was paid .. nice little earner for Vivian hotel in Zante .. seems to be a regular thing according to reviews 😡
@TUIUK absolutely disgusted that your reps in Zante won’t speak to worried parents after hearing my sons passport is being held by hotel that won’t return it
@PostOffice claimed on your travel insurance over 2 months ago and still no response. Complaint raised and even that hasn’t been responded to within SLA. Now you shut phone lines at 1pm making it even harder to get in touch. #CustomerService
