Pathetic service by #Makemytrip. Waiting for my refund to be processed since over a month. Contacted customer support team multiple times over phone but just keep on false promises. Also not a single acknowledgement on support email.

Swiggy issued me a coupon saying I can use it on all payment modes and from any restaurant on Swiggy. But when I actually tried to use it, it did not worked. And now support says you can only use it in a specific restaurant
