Henry Kim and coworkers report the use of in vivo prime editing in the eye to treat a genetic blindness and in the liver to treat a metabolic disease, achieving disease rescue in both cases with no detected off-target prime editing.
Please RT. We are recruiting postdocs to work on projects to study #3Dgenome organization in and around the #nucleolus. We developed new methods to identify #NADs…and there are now so many exciting questions to elucidate!

My grandma-in-law made my day: “if my scientist, inherited [that’s right! 😅] grand-son tells me to do the vaccine, I will certainly do it and recommend it to my friends!” - that’s a scientific accomplishment! #COVID19Vaccine
Please RT! We are looking for a molecular biologist with experience in next-gen sequencing. If you want to apply your NGS skills to exciting cell and gene therapy projects, check the job description at https://t.co/EQPvoGyYIK #hiring#NGS
@guifengwei@iScience_CP Congrats Guifeng and Tianyi! I’m so glad to see this work published, Guifeng I still remember how long we talked about the PolII data!! 😄😄
Our manuscript on generation of CRISPR gene edited SARS-Cov2 specific T cells for immunotherapy of COVID19 is prepublished @biorxivpreprint.https://t.co/cv4NtWQeFj Congratulations @rftbsr9, Nadima, Emily and our collaborators. Looking forward to the clinical trial @MDAndersonNews
