@RoequavicPlanes@ScubaMySteve I think the idea was that because it was supposed to be uninhabitable no one would think to look for them there. Even when the Empire gets a lead that they could be there they initially dismiss it.
@NotSoFoolish@ShoodTheDude@bestofstarwar I actually have a theory on this specifically that the podrace was much cooler on release and we think it's lame now because as early as the DVD Lucas added 20 minutes of unnecessary filler to that scene.
@spencer_askew No. The first half is really fun, then there's a point that feels like the end, then you have what feels like another episode wrapping it up. So it drags a little, but it is NOT as bad as Ep. 9.
@Jabbeldo@FadeAwayMedia The Moonwalk DDT is my new favorite wrestling move. I only wish the guy taking it just stumbled a bit as if he was being pulled instead of walking along to help sell it.
@JasonMartinezMD@bestofstarwar Agreed. Watching the prequels first makes all of the twists of the OT meaningless, the special effects and lightsaber fights are also more tame by comparison. 456123 is the only way to go (on first viewing).
@plaeguinha Actually, I wouldn't say it's limited to women. Disagree with them and post anything about liking TLJ or disliking Andor and they'll call you the hard R, male or female.
