निर्मम हत्या कर दी गयी। आज पीड़ित परिवार से मिलकर गहरी शोक संवेदनाएं व्यक्त की और परिजनों का दुख-दर्द सांझा किया।

राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष आदरणीय श्री @laluprasadrjd जी की ओर से पीड़ित परिवार को 1.50 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता दी तथा गरीब परिवार को आर्थिक सहारा देने के लिए मृतक की बहन को तत्काल मधुबनी मेडिकल कॉलेज में नौकरी दी जाएगी।

थाने में बंद दो बहनों के इकलौते भाई 19 वर्षीय युवा की हत्या के उपरांत पुलिस ने उनकी बहनों और माता के साथ जो अमानवीय व्यवहार किया वह घोर आपतिजनक और निंदनीय है। अपराधी प्रवृत्ति के व्यक्ति के मुख्यमंत्री बनने पर पुलिस का चाल-चरित्र भी अपराधिक हो जाता है।

हमने वरीय अधिकारियों से निष्पक्ष जांच एवं दोषी अधिकारियों और कर्मियों के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

अगर यथाशीघ्र दोषी पदाधिकारियों का निलंबन नहीं हुआ तो इस परिवार को न्याय दिलाने के लिए हम हर स्तर पर संघर्ष करेंगे। #TejashwiYadav

@UPGovt तत्काल CCTV फुटेज सुरक्षित कराए, पीड़ितों का स्वतंत्र मेडिकल परीक्षण कराए और आरोपों की निष्पक्ष जांच सुनिश्चित करे। दोषी पाए जाने वाले अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई हो।

Diplomatic Communiqué of the Republic of Balochistan, Asks for the Status of Non-Member Observer State in the UN

The political history of the world bears irrefutable witness to a fundamental truth: the international recognition of a nation is never achieved in a single day or a single step. Numerous states, after declaring their independence, began with limited diplomatic status, secured observer positions within the United Nations system, and ultimately attained full membership. The examples of Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Italy, Japan, and above all Palestine stand as living testimony to this proven diplomatic pathway.

It is precisely within this historical and legal framework that the Republic of Balochistan today addresses the United Nations and the entire international community.
On 11 August 1947, the State of Kalat declared its independence following the end of British rule. This declaration is documented in the historical records of the United States Library of Congress. A declaration of independence is a national reality; international recognition is a diplomatic process. The Republic of Balochistan now stands ready to advance that process.

Non-Member Observer State Status at the United Nations: A Proven Diplomatic Path:

The history of the United Nations demonstrates that full membership is not the sole gateway. Switzerland established Permanent Observer status in 1946 and became a full member only in 2002.
Palestine applied for full membership in 2011. Despite the absence of full membership, the General Assembly, through Resolution 67/19 on 29 November 2012, granted it the status of Non-Member Observer State. Today, both Palestine and the Holy See appear on the official list of Non-Member States with permanent observer rights in the General Assembly and its proceedings.

These precedents establish beyond doubt that intermediate and transitional statuses within the international system can provide a people with a voice, diplomatic access, and formal political presence on the world stage.

On this established foundation, the Republic of Balochistan formally requests the status of Non-Member Observer State at the United Nations. This request is not an appeal to create a new state. It is a demand to secure a rightful place in the global system for a political entity that, according to its national position, already declared its independence.

What Balochistan Seeks from the World - and What It Can Offer
Balochistan possesses strategic geographic location, abundant natural resources, mineral wealth, an extensive coastline, energy reserves, and the capacity to play a pivotal role in regional trade. A stable, sovereign, and responsible Republic of Balochistan can serve not only its own people but also the wider region and the global community as a reliable economic partner. We commit to directing our resources toward human development, education, healthcare, environmental protection, climate action, assistance to nations affected by natural disasters, and humanitarian support for refugees. The question is not merely what Balochistan asks of the world. The equally important question is what a resource-rich and geographically vital Balochistan can contribute to the international community.

A Clear Message to the United Nations and the Global Community:
The time has come for the international community to cease viewing the question of Balochistan solely through the lens of Pakistan’s internal administrative politics. If the world was able to construct a specific diplomatic and political framework of Non-Member Observer State status for Palestine, then it can and must initiate at least a serious, legal, and diplomatic discussion of Balochistan’s historical, political, and national principal stance.

This is not a mere political slogan directed against any other country. It is a clear diplomatic programme grounded in the principles of self-determination, international law, human rights, regional peace, economic partnership, counter-terrorism, environmental protection, and global humanitarian assistance.

The message of the Republic of Balochistan is unambiguous:
We do not seek charity from the world. We demand diplomatic recognition and relations based on equality.
We speak of a Balochistan that will employ its resources for the development of its people while simultaneously contributing to regional peace, global trade, humanitarian aid, and environmental protection not a burden upon the international community, but a potential and trustworthy partner.

The hour for diplomatic engagement has arrived.
We appeal to the United Nations to commence immediate and serious consideration of granting the Republic of Balochistan the status of Non-Member Observer State.

We appeal to the nations of the world to establish direct diplomatic relations with us, to consider the opening of permanent missions, and to open the doors to future commercial, economic, security, and diplomatic ties.
The Republic of Balochistan stands before the world.

The time has come for the United Nations and the global community to hear the voice of the Republic of Balochistan.
