@DDORAJKOT1Sir કોવિડ જેવા ગંભીર સમયમાં જોબચાર્ટ સિવાયની કામગીરી તંત્ર માટે કરતો હોય,10 કલાક કામ કરવા છતાં કામ બાકી રહી જાયતો આટલી ગંભીર સજા ન હોય આપ ફેરવિચારણા કરો, દર 1 ઓફિસ ટેબલપર મિનિમમ 3 મહિનાનું કામ પેડિગ હસેજ ત્યાં આવોજ નિર્ણય લઇ શકાય?.

આરોગ્ય સિસ્ટમમાં માત્ર #Pharmacist જ એવો એક કર્મચારી છે જેમણે ભારત સરકાર તેમજ ગુજરાત સરકારના તમામ આરોગ્યલક્ષી કાર્યક્રમો સાથે deal કરવાનું હોય છે.એક માણસ પર આટલો બધો વર્કલોડ હોવા છતાં દરેક પ્રોગ્રામને સરખો ન્યાય આપી સફળ બનાવે છે

કેટલીક વાર કર્મચારીનો કાર્ય બોજ વધુ હોય છે અને અમૂક કામ માટે વિશિષ્ટ કૌશલ્યની જરુર પડતી હોય છે..જેમકે હાલ તમામ ભાર વેકસીન પર મૂકવામા આવેલ છે.જેમા રીઅલ ટાઇમ એન્ટ્રી ના થાય તો રાજયમાથી વેક્સીન નથી મળતું.
