I booked via Swiggy Dineout for Vanakkam Simply,Mulund West reached in heavy rain only to find the restaurant permanently closed for months!

Their support had no direct contact, only chatbot.
After long chats, they offered just ₹200 refund! 🤦‍♂️

This isn’t just inconvenience — it’s mental trauma & fraud.
