@augmentedcamel@pvncher I would argue that the pinch isn't intuitive and that the jury should still be out on what the common established gestures will be at this point in time. We still need custom gestures to allow innovation.
Khronos Group announces the release of the OpenXR 1.1 specification. Five extensions are now incorporated in the core specification along with interaction profile enhancements, universal fundamental tools, new error codes, and specification refinement.

@Lunayian Hopefully more OEMs will follow suit, much easier at the OS level, but it should also get easier for app developers e.g. using input actions.

@SkarredGhost@MajorMcDoom Maybe not yet, I agree that "popular becomes standard" is a problem but developers should think outside of just prescribed gestures. Depending on the content, "teleporting while grabbing" can be bad even with controllers but reducing friction should always be the priority.
