More than 360 years after Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj outsmarted the Mughal army in the Sahyadris, engineers are now battling the same rugged terrain to build India’s highest road cable-stayed bridge on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway. Rising 132 metres above ground with 182-metre pylons taller than the Bandra–Worli Sea Link, the Afcons-executed project is part of the Missing Link that will cut travel time by 25 minutes. Engineers continue to work through high winds, fog, monsoon waterfalls and narrow ridges using advanced construction systems to complete the 650-metre bridge by 2026.

आपल्याला आपली शहरं स्वच्छ करायची आहेत. परंतु सांगोल्याची एक प्रमुख समस्या म्हणजे शहराच्या मध्यवर्ती भागातील कचरा डेपो. स्वच्छ भारत योजनेअंतर्गत मिळालेल्या निधीच्या माध्यमातून हा डेपो स्थलांतरित केला जाणार आहे. त्यामुळे सांगोल्याच्या नगरपालिकेला कचरा व्यवस्थापनाच्या योग्य, आधुनिक आणि पारदर्शक व्यवस्थेसाठी सरकारतर्फे आवश्यक ती सर्व मदत दिली जाईल. सांगोला धुळमुक्त करण्यासाठी काँक्रीट रस्ते, 365 दिवस स्वच्छ पिण्याच्या पाण्याची उपलब्धता, भुयारी गटार योजना इत्यादी अत्यावश्यक कामे आम्ही पूर्ण करू.

या भागामध्ये बरेच माजी सैनिक आहेत, त्यांच्यासाठी 'माजी सैनिक भवन' उभारणी राज्य सरकारच्या माध्यमातून करण्यात येईल. या शहराची ओळख जपण्याकरिता पुण्यश्लोक राजमाता अहिल्यादेवी होळकर, क्रांतिज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले, आद्य क्रांतिवीर राजे उमाजी नाईक, बसवेश्वर महाराज, विष्णुपंत दादरे, लोकशाहीर अण्णाभाऊ साठे अशा सर्व महापुरुषांची स्मारके उभारु व इतर सर्व मागण्या पूर्ण करू. तुमच्या स्वप्नातल सांगोला शहर तयार करण्याकरिता निश्चितपणे सहकार्य करू, जेणेकरून सांगोला शहराचा विकास कोणीही थांबवू शकणार नाही.

येत्या 2 तारखेला आपल्या उमेदवारांची काळजी तुम्ही सांगोलावासियांनी घ्या, पुढच्या 5 वर्षाची काळजी आम्ही घेऊ, हा विश्वास मी तुम्हाला देतो.

Will your organisation survive AI ?

AI is the probably the most democratic technology to become available to us ..

AI will change everything. It’s an existential change to the way we live, the way we work, the way we communicate

But it’s also a complete change in the way we organise ourselves into structures. Maybe we should stop calling it ‘Structure’. For ‘’Structure’ suggests some permanence. In the world of AI , change is constant. Change at an unprecedented pace ..

AI will suck inertia out of existing structures .. out of the pathways of heirarchical command systems of ‘Structures’ , causing the ‘pyramidical’ structures to collapse..

What does an organisation look like in the world of AI ? With no hierarchy, no chain of commands ? No structure ?

Of course you could question ‘why do we need organisations’ ..

.. the reason is that like most living beings we are tribal. We need to group together. Whatever we are told about individualism by the so called Guru’s falls false .. for are they not themself creating tribalism around themselves ?

Let’s look at ‘the murmurings of the sparrows’ .. ( picture above ) where flocks of hundreds or thousand sparrows will form patterns in the sky .. collectively changing their path’s instantly with apparently no leader and no follower .. collectively !

What’s working there is Intuition .. each sparrow is intuitively connected to the collective .. the group

.. Intuition is the way will respond to organising ourselves .. and remember .. these groups will never be permanent.. individuals will constantly move from one tribe to another .. so don’t look for permanent employees any more !

.. as everyone will have the ability to be their own CEO .. explore their own potential..

It’s no longer the world of employees losing Jobs. The CEO’ s too are under threat .. That’s just a lie ‘employers’ are telling themselves .. unable to accept the real impact of AI that is coming.. or already here ..

Knowledge and information ( even education ) is no longer the preserve of the few .. AI will ensure it is available to anyone..

….and Experience ? Experience in a word that is pasing or passed by it’s due date .. in fact in the new ever changing world experience is probably a liabIlity ..

Intuition.. or Intuitivity is the new word .. that will be most valued ability in the world of AI ….

.. and let’s face it .. intuition is propelled often by need. I for example , am at my creative best when I panic .. And that moment, that need , that desperation, lies at the bottom of the pyramid .. and like a volcano , that change will explode upwards .. toppling the top of the Pyramid
