@miss_b_kind@SesseJanford Yes, they are in public school. I feel that private schools may be just as ill informed, unless they have some parents in the know. I do know that SLOCA might not deal with much of the privacy issues mainly because they stay away from most technology!

A3: I don't have any direct ex., but knowing how easy it is for me to look up data on ANY student at CP, I could see how that could be used by a prof. for incorrectly labeling based on grades, or if the prof was a creeper and wanted to know where student lived...🧐 #SummerEdTech
One overall takeaway from the 502 course: it is important to take a critical look at technology to see if there are ways in which it can further enhance your students' learning experience, but it should not be used just for the sake of tech. #summerEdTech
