If you're working with tests on package layer, Sushi 🍣 by @calebporzio Is a great solution for a lightweight Model in your tests 🚀 Using it in my table package for Livewire.
The official @HubSpot Mac app. 1,8 stars in the App Store.
A 30 billion USD software company. You can do better, or you can hire us to fix it, if you prefer. We'll do it for free. ;)
Stay tuned!
You’ll use suffixes in big projects with big teams, believe me…
When you import into one file 2 classes, sure you can alias them, but for what…
Also the readability goes up. Something vs SomethingJob - it’s just not clear without searching in the imports for the namespace, hover or click it. Especially when your job, command and main processor class has the same prefix and you’re using them in each other or in another class together like tests.
Also: When you work in a team and say “check the ClaimsController” that’s directly clear - it’s a shared terminology, what’s very important.
Fuzzy Search works also with namespaces, sure. But it’s way easier to identify from name and just ignore the namespace.
Last but not least: it’s standard in laravel. Just stick to framework standards and don’t create your own to make it easy for other devs with experience in this framework to work with and on your code…
There are for sure more reasons but that are the first which came in my mind. For sure you can find workarounds and arguments, nevertheless it’s about efficiency, comfort, consistency, low friction and standards.
Company: "We're agile."
5 minutes later...
Company: "It's time for quarterly PI planning, so all teams need to agree on what they'll do in the next 3 months."
❗️The undermining of the Kakhovska HPP dam is not only one of the biggest ecological and humanitarian disasters in the east of Europe that led to the flooding of vast territories and many settlements, but is in fact the biggest crime against food security in the world.
The Kakhov reservoir was the heart of one of the largest irrigation systems in Europe. It was the southern regions of Ukraine that supplied the countries of the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe with wheat, corn, sunflower and sunflower oil, soybeans and soybean meal.
We call on everyone who cares about the fate of our planet and the environment, who declares their status as environmentalists and defines nature protection activities as their goals — to take all possible measures in order to record these violations, bring the culprits to justice, and make it impossible to commit such barbarism in the future.

The world and our planet will face catastrophic consequences if you choose inaction!
Leveling up #Laravel development with this simple trick: If you work strictly with validated data, bypass defining fillable properties by unguarding your models at boot. For any exceptions, just set the $guarded prop. Smarter, not harder! 💻⚡ #CodingTips#PHP#WebDevelopment
I just published a post about how to publish #Laravel Jigsaw pages, maybe a bit basic but the GitHub Actions template is nice to have 🚀

@mgnmrt Also, parts of the working week are reserved for personal projects if they are open source 🚀 In the end, we want to archive a friendly and healthy culture where we do what we like.
Creating a company spirit isn’t easy. But finally we’d create a branding for https://t.co/WRtqkUfhwF 1 year ago, that we all love and identify ourselves with it 🚀 If you start building a team: Think about the spirit!
@mgnmrt At the end we want to focus on trust inside and outside of our team, this sounds simple, but sometimes it’s not to be honest. Also one of our essentials is to have chilled vibes at the creative and development team. But this are just 2/5 basements of our key values.
I had the fantastic chance to see the V2 features of livewire. @calebporzio creates something beautiful there. If you don't use livewire yet, you should consider doing it. I can promise: V2 will be impressive.
