Now that America has removed mercury from all vaccines, I call on every global health authority to do the same — to ensure that no child, anywhere in the world, is ever exposed to this deadly neurotoxin again.
BREAKING: Trump administration is moving to remove 6 dyes: Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Blue 2, Green 3, by the end of 2026.
GOOD!
Make America Healthy Again!!!
Barack Obama says AI isn't just disrupting coders -- it’s disrupting meaning
“Already, AI can code better than 60–70% of programmers. A lot of that work is going to go away.”
When high-skill work is automated, it's not just the experts who need to adapt. Where does purpose come from in a world where machines can do what we do?
The person who focuses on one task and sees it through to completion—even if they work in a somewhat slow or outdated manner—beats the endless optimizer who jumps from tool to tool and always hopes a new piece of technology will help them finish what they start.
"Don't let the hope of finding a better way prevent you from starting down the best path you know of right now. This day won't come again."

Just because improvements aren't visible doesn't mean they aren't happening.
You're not going to see the number change each time you step on the scale. You're not going to finish a chapter each time you sit down to write.
Early wins come easy. Lasting wins require a lifestyle.
In theory, consistency is about being disciplined, determined, and unwavering.
In practice, consistency is about being adaptable. Don't have much time? Scale it down. Don't have much energy? Do the easy version. Find different ways to show up depending on the circumstances. Let your habits change shape to meet the demands of the day.
Adaptability is the way of consistency.
No one knows what they're doing. No one has it all figured out. Even the people you admire. Everyone is stumbling along. Some are just willing to stumble enough that they find their way into something great.
If you keep showing up, you'll almost certainly break through — but probably not in the way you expected or intended. You need enough persistence to keep working and enough flexibility to enjoy success when it comes in a different form than you imagined.

A Monday morning question for you:
Take whatever you are trying to accomplish and ask, "How could this be as easy as possible?"
How could I make meditating each day as easy as possible? How could I make showing appreciation to my partner as easy as possible? How could I make finding great investment opportunities as easy as possible? And so on.
You may be surprised how effective the easy version can be.
