01/2024 herniated disc of L5S1-after not able to stand for more than 5-10min and incredible radiating pain down the whole left leg-after 9 weeks cons. discectomy-successful surgery and rehab (back to work and activity)

2x Physio per week with some manual therapy and EMG-Activation exercises

Today the pain is again stronger than last days. Any advices on what could be done??
