Yesterday, a fire at one of our third-party cloud provider's data centers caused a disruption to some of our services, impacting a subset of customers using the Vonage SMS API, Messages API, and Verify API.
Service has been restored for the vast majority of customers. Service for 0.5% of impacted customers is in the process of being resolved.
