Bought 2 @Spigen_india cases sold as “anti-yellowing.” Both yellowed.

After invoices & proof, #Spigen asked me to CUT the cases and promised refund as items were out of stock.

Only 1 refund processed. Other was denied after asking to cut the case. #Unfair

Destroying a customer’s product on your instruction and then denying refund is not “policy” — it’s #UnfairTradePractice.

@Spigen_india — invoices were shared first, confirmation was taken first, destruction was done later.

Please resolve responsibly.
