India is not able to get metro trains on time for the Yellow Line.
The Blue Line is purposefully delayed by the contractor mafia to get compounded cost appreciation year on year, citing stupid reasons like a lack of labor! When we actually get fully functional and well-connected metros in Bengaluru like the Delhi Metro, we will already be a decade behind other major cities!

Dear @Dev_Fadnavis ji,

Bringing to your attention a big scam that builder lobby across MH indulges in. Let me explain with example.

Eg 1:
Person X approaches a builder in 2020 to buy an under construction flat. He is shown an approved layout plan. Open spaces, parking spots etc etc.

Person X books the flat. Pays in full. When he gets the possession, he realises that the plan is not followed.

At that time, he is shown another “revised” plan which is also duly approved by the municipal authority.

Instance of cheating is when he is shown X when buying and is delivered Y when he takes possession.

Sir,
Plan revisions should not be allowed. Builders age misusing all of this to cheat lacs of folks.

Please look into this matter.
