@airasia @AVA_airasia very pathetic baggage management. All suitcases which ideally should have gone in as checkin baggage is allowed as cabin baggage. FLIGHT AK0009, KL to TRV (24/04). I came with a small cabin baggage and staff is rude. #badmanagement @pmoindia @msianinsight
