Fools don’t want to understand; they want to argue. They pretend not to understand so you’ll waste your time explaining yourself over and over. Confusion is their fuel.
When someone who dislikes you asks a question, they're not looking for an answer. They're setting a trap. Learn to interpret the difference between curiosity and interrogation. A genuine question opens a door and is in good faith. A hostile one is baiting you to walk into a trap and is in bad faith.
The most evil people look normal.
And they make their victims look like they have mental problems.
And that’s how they get everyone to dismiss the abuse trauma that they see with their own eyes.
Always ignore PROVOKING SPIRITS. They create chaos just to get a reaction out of you and make you be something you’re not until you match their energy. Then they flip the script and turn into the victim.
Your response to a challenge defines you more than the challenge itself. Challenges reveal pressure. Responses reveal character. You cannot always control what happens around you, but you can choose what happens within you.
Toxic people thrive on conflict. They want you defending yourself, explaining yourself, reacting to every little thing they throw at you. That's how they keep control. The power is in learning to disengage completely. Stop feeding their chaos. They can't play the game if you're no longer on the field.
