How do @tuiuk keep getting away with this? We had the same problem on the Isla on a Rhine cruise last year in a heatwave except we had to endure the whole week & got £60 compensation

@hollypryce @TUIUK Nothing new. We had the same problem in 2025 - we are now part of a group called “The TUI river cruise survivors” we got £60 compensation and two fingers up from Tui so good luck to you

@sharrond62 In 1960 our 350 population Norfolk village had 3 pubs, 3 stores, a post office, a doctors, a garage (mechanic) with 2 petrol pumps, 2 phone boxes, church, 2 chapels, school (everyone walked),insurance agent, taxi and a mobile shop.
