@metaviv Does this skirt the issue of the origin/provenance of the information that is being detected/generated? Is it not only mitigating side effects of a bigger problem of low standards around provenance and identification on the web and walled gardens.

Creation of complex rules (with # of people, households, exceptions) varying by tiers has created a perverse system where people look for loopholes. Instead, focus on why this virus is risky, what we can all do to avoid getting it & passing it on & the underlying science.

For me fascinating as I have often told people I had very similar symptoms in October 2019 after travelling (flights between the Netherlands and West and East Africa)... much to be learned!
From 23 towns 5 yrs back, NWSC is now in over 250 towns of operation. We used to lay about 100kms of water mains per F/Y.
The corporation is now laying over 2000kms of water mains each F/Y.
