@andrewvoitenko@BasedBiohacker Bacterias, low IGA, high zonulin, and much more. Reacting to pretty much all types of foods now, especially high sulfur/histamine foods. IGE blood test came back elevated. Still navigating trying to figure everything out but it’s tougher than you’d think
@andrewvoitenko@BasedBiohacker Started with just feeling fatigued and foggy 24/7, then noticed POTS, contacted my mother(little contact), she told me she has EDS. Then a bunch of gastrointestinal issues occurred. Did sibo test (positive), then did an extensive microbiome test, several elevated h2s producing
@DrRebeccaRyan Was dealing with tachycardia for months before I even knew I had sibo. Now when I’m treating it the tachycardia has improved a lot, along with other symptoms, but still a long way to go
@DrRebeccaRyan Sorry didn’t want to go too deep into it, but no I’ve not been diagnosed with POTS, but at home regular tracking shows clear POTS signs, clearly elevating my standing heart rate when my diet isn’t great
@Space_Muse@dr_ericberg Strawberries have big pores so the pesticides get absorbed into the fruit easily. Other berries and fruits tend to have a smooth surface and therefore don’t allow the pesticides to get absorbed
@theholisticnick High b12 can also suggest SIBO overgrowth due to certain overgrowing bacteria in the small intestine synthesising “false” B12-like compounds that show up as B12 on standard blood tests. So don’t rule out Sibo only because of high B12
@Outdoctrination Should I start taking this for gut permeability before/while killing Sibo (the root cause)? Or should I kill Sibo first and then add it?
@enhancedathlete He’s guilty of much bigger crimes than doing steroids. The media should be reporting on that instead. You’re a scumbag and hellfire is waiting
