@Primark I bought a lounge set from your York store, it is not the correct size, when trying to return it they have declined this saying it was a non returnable item! I was never told this when buying the item. I feel totally let down as I have a set which cannot be used.

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp just had our boiler serviced 1 week ago, boiler stopped working yesterday (Saturday) called got an appointment for today Sunday, got a call to say it will now Tuesday afternoon!! Children have asthma totally unacceptable when I pay a monthly service!
