@ramit I finally did the math on how much money I was spending on credit card minimums each month. It was unsustainable, I could foresee the downward spiral and said that's enough. I basically scared myself out of debt.

@ramit The higher that % the riskier it is. If, let’s say, it takes three assets to completely cover all expenses then I’d say you should have four assets or more for growth, so 25% max per asset. Assuming the assets are returning equally.
