Today is International Women in Engineering Day. Among the 2.3m UK engineers only 11% are women.
Diversity in engineering is key to creating streets and places that are fairer and more inclusive, say our @HawaZeina and @wee_sooz#ShapeTheWorld#video https://t.co/h2KK4fbbH6
Still reeling from this great community project we did over the weekend with @IslingtonPlay
on Saturday. Thanks for having us!
Can't wait to see more of
@TheCallyFest@CultivatingClly this Summer
Wow! What a day! Thank you so much to our students and to @Tact_Urbanistas for giving up your Saturday to help us to transform our playground! We are so proud that our students helped come up with the designs too! We love that it links to the #OvalTriangle#LettingOurLightShine
@oncewasazoo Starbucks is a go to when in new cities and in need of a toilet. Honestly have to hand it to them for being one of the only places that have reliable public toilets for customers and non-customers alike. They must pay their cleaners well. #soilyourstarbucks
This spot was looking pretty sad and unwelcoming - dull grey with litter - so we thought we would tidy it up and add a bit of colour. We had lots of positive feedback and thank yous from passers by on foot, bike, and even shouted from passing cars.
Our latest creation is outside the Co-op on Essex Road in @IslingtonBC - we reclaimed some of the pavement parking here to allow people to pass the queue safely. The Co-op were happy with the end result! What do you think?

Today we've created a pop up #SpaceForDistancing in Hackney Wick outside Frankenbike #cycle shop so people have more space to wait while their #bikes are being fixed up.
Would be great to see secure cycle parking here.
Stay safe everyone!
