@ATTHelp I see the finger pointing started... @FedEx told me @ATT should have shipped this with signature required, which is requested when I ordered the phone. I think it is between the 2 of you to make sure the phone I ordered arrives - there is nothing I can control in that process.

The California power shutdown is no match for Microsoft Teams. We have a customer that is moving from an on-premises PBX and we were able to get their main line answering calls in Microsoft Teams before they cut power!
