@HealthyFellow @robbwolf @ZackStrength My wife developed an egg allergy after being food poisoned at a restaurant. we successfully reintroduced her to eggs using duck egg yolks first then whole duck eggs, then chicken egg yolks and then whole chicken eggs. We only use local, pasture raised, organic eggs.
