@Kate_Biscuit Different experiences leading to cPTSD but dang, you just pinpointed the core of what I've never been able to put into words. Thank you for sharing π
@AutisticCallum_ Yessss! I've been letting go of trying structured approach and letting myself play pick N mix with my lectures, taking only the basic concepts then layering on details when I'm comfortable and it's making it all SO much simpler.
@ItsEmilyKaty Yes, have done it twice. Reading others comments, it should def be dietician guided. It's hard, requires a lot of planning, but doable, and knowing triggers is worth it. Monash app is excellent, worth every penny, and still use frequently.
@AmazonUK my partner's UK account was deleted when closing his .com account, despite clearly stated as separate. Prime sub and audible credits lost. Both customer services contacted but keep redirecting to each other and ignoring his queries. Why is no help being provided?
@AmazonHelp Thanks for responding, we have tried this method already (also was not immediately accessible as partner did not have account to access so had to create new one) - this was where all contradictions and redirections came. Any advice?
@AmazonHelp I've not had a response to my reply yesterday that we were given conflicting information when seeking customer support. Could you please advise because has caused a big financial loss.
@AmazonHelp This was not clear at all during the process, Google searches say accounts are separate. UK services said separate and needed to contact US, US stated audible completely separate. Why so many contradictions? Why no failsafes bar confirmation email?
Ok, Iβll bite;
1. As has been well documented, thereβs a workforce crisis in the NHS, so we donβt have additional doctors to work weekends, so if you wanted them in, youβd have to give them days off in the week, delivery zero additional capacity.
@AlexNevard@dea21400469 It's a protocol in all xray depts, radiographer could get in big trouble doing an unjustified xray, and rib# is classed as such. Referrals detailing concern for potential associated issues within the thorax however...
@BonnieLextra@roryreckons YES! I'll always skip over body scans as they make me recognise quite how much my body actually hurts. Focusing on something else makes it less noticeable, and therefore tolerable (am aware I'm lucky to be at a point I can mostly ignore it)
