@KateRaworth@ASU And my definition would be a single word: Colonisation. I think your cancer metaphor is very apt and I think colonisation explains that dynamic.
@KateRaworth Hi Kate I am creating an experiential exhibition for @ASU I have an exhibit where visitors are invited to share their definitions of capitalism (and read others). Just wondered if I can use the 'black box' trope? I'll credit your project.
@Gillfollowing@KateRaworth Interestingly Elizabeth Maggi who created Monopoly actually created two different sets of rules. The game was meant to show the danger of capitalism https://t.co/2dYsuvieLZ
Calling all #futuresstudies, #foresight#speculativedesign and #designfiction people. I have a project the Museum of Futures but I know there are similar projects out there. Any examples you can share with me? It’s for a paper I want to write.
Not only does @AmandasAudit have amazing #unicorn hair but she also took a photo where my eyes are open! Such an honour to receive this award with @susprat and @giedre ! @UTS_FTDI
Love it when organisers of a speaking event do something wild - here it my amazing cartoon! Join me to talk about #ecoanxiety and how we can change how we think about the future. https://t.co/lXICl4ZmHQ
They killed a cop by beating him with a fire extinguisher and it really goes to show that blue lives matter was never about honoring the police force, but about silencing the black lives matter movement
Watch this astonishing report from @robertmooreitv as he accompanies the mob into the Capitol building as it tears apart Nancy Pelosi’s office. Outstanding reporting from @itvnews
Republicans in congress cowering under their desks as violent men roam the hallways finally understand what they've put every school kid in America through.
@MohammadHussain Hilarious and insightful. I know people who change their whole home decor for Christmas. Yes they have special Christmas throw pillows!
@which_future@christydena Sounds good. To add to that, I find it very liberating to think about the value of aiming to be a 'wide achiever' in life rather than a 'high achiever'. (And by coincidence, while being a high achiever demands growth, being a wide achiever invites balance...)
