If you’re in Derby make sure you have dinner @Sevenderby. Great relaxed vibe throughout the restaurant and fabulous menu. Had the chicken Milanese - to die for! Staff were so friendly and attentive. A great experience.

Issues will always occur but it’s how companies deal with them. Amazing response from @tesco for a missed grocery delivery on sat pm. Fantastic response from customer service team, Yate Tesco and the new driver. Handled magnificently.

Amazing garden centre, great Xmas decs @dobbies Cirencester. Shame the cafe is horrendous and it never changes. No bread rolls for soup, no croutons, no clotted cream for scones. Rude staff. Real shame. Spoils a great trip out.
