@magicxrabbit No. An anorexia nervosa diagnosis requires a fear of gaining weight and intentional action to prevent that. The term "anorexia," however, is used to describe someone with a reduced appetite, so you can be described as anorexic medically w/o an ed.
@julk0rk Add rest days where you only walk and don't do any other intentional exercise (two days a week) and drink at least a gallon of water. It is water retention. Just keep going. If you feel faint/unwell then up your limit. Try not to weigh for awhile
@losing_lacy I feel like almost everyone who has reached a low bmi has done it this way. People vastly underestimate how much/often you can eat while still starving yourself.
@st4r_sp00 even if you think that these people were seeing it as "just a diet" the reality is that they still turned to unhealthy ways to lose weight and because of that they are at risk of developing an eating disorder if they haven't already
