@ShawnClayOH @PocketSmith We hear you loud and clear. New UI can take a few tweaks to get right. Your feedback has been received here and via multiple emails to multiple team members.
We will have an update for everyone soon, and will reply to your emails when the update is released.
@nzpost hey folks, I was significantly overcharged via Youshop (apparently the package photographed is 13cm tall, other dimensions significantly overstated too) and I'm not getting any responses via my open case ID. Is there any help you can provide?
@TermiusHQ new update has broken access to snippets etc on iPad, new sidebar opens but no content in panel except headings. iPad Air 2, iOS 15.8. Thanks!
@ozweb James here from PocketSmith, the team are trying to get in touch but our emails are getting bounced with domain-not-found errors. Can you let me know an email address you can receive emails to? Thanks.
@Westpac your staff tell customers that CDR open banking doesn't exist, that only business accounts can be shared with 3rd parties like accounting software. 2 years after CDR launch, how can your staff still be so poorly informed? It's completely unacceptable. cc @acccgovau
@NAB are your customer service staff aware of CDR open banking? At the moment, we have multiple customers unable to get help from your staff for issues they're experiencing, under claims that they don't know what CDR open banking data sharing is. Thanks!
@Bankwest your customers are being told by your staff that they're unable to connect to accredited data recipients, via CDR open banking. Why are your customer support staff uninformed about CDR open banking?
@VirginMoneyAU Thanks for your reply. The last time this was done, we were told that they were unable to provide the CAN, with the the customer service rep not knowing what the CAN number was for the account. Why would I have been told that?
@VirginMoneyAU I only have a user ID for logging into Virgin Money online at https://t.co/XdnoWoliwU. Where can I find my customer access number (CAN) to allow me to use CDR open banking? Thanks!
@Macquarie how can it be December 2022, 17 months since open banking launched in Australia, and your customers are *still* getting messages like this from your team?
@CrAshRus@PocketSmith Your service expectations are beyond what banking systems allow. Banks have never offered APIs, so law makers forced them. But banks being banks, there are myriad ongoing issues: https://t.co/dbitV21Jtf. We've always provided the best possible service with available technology.
@CrAshRus@PocketSmith If only we had control over the banks and their adherence to CDR legislation! But we don't. I'd recommend getting in touch via our regular support channels, where we'll be able to assist you further. [email protected]
Hey @BOQ we're onboarding our @PocketSmith users to CDR open banking feeds, and unfortunately BoQ is proving difficult to work with for our data provider @basiqio, despite the fine you received last year. When can we expect you to adhere to CDR legislation?
@paulminors Absolutely would, the challenge is in representing the depth of saved searches over a coherent and consistent API. Will raise it though, as it's been a while and we could keep it minimal at first maybe. Thanks Paul!
