As on 29-12-2025, the satellite tagged turtle 'Dhaval Lakshmi' continues its westward journey towards the open waters of the Arabian sea. Presently it is about 400 km from Dahanu and about 100 km from the Porbandar coast.

The satellite tagged turtle 'Dhaval Lakshmi' has exhibited northward movement and as on 25/11/2025, it is located approximately 27 km northwest of Dahanu and 20 km offshore.

Both were tracked for a record time of 225 days. Guha went silent on 21 Sept while Bageshri on 23rd Sept.
