@McDonaldsUK I grabbed a seat and it only took you 17 minutes to bring me a cold #Bigmac fries and @CocaCola_GB . Fairly standard order and there was hardly anyone in the actual restaurant.
@ao Delivered a washer, broken by the installer team 12 days ago & AO are palming us off, not calling back when promised, & actively blocking us from exercising our statutory rights. 5 phone calls later, and a huge pile of laundry. #consumerprotection Any advice @BBCWatchdog ?
@CitizensAdvice@sanchitspatil@backmarket@Mazuma Sanchit, Same as you. Faulty @SamsungMobile device provided. @backmarket made me pay for a repair. They are now not returning the handset OR the money.
Please report Backmarket via Cit. advice and Trading standards, as they’re clearly not operating with consumers in mind.
@Carole_Burns@backmarket Exactly the same treatment. Copy and paste communications every time. Sold me a faulty item, Made me pay to repair it and it broke again.
Now getting no useful responses. Been chasing since early September.
@BevanRo@backmarket From my experience, wait at least 6 months. My current support case has been open since end of August. I have no phone and they owe me £240. Chase them up online? You’ll get a holding note saying they’ll get back to you.

I’m having an absolute nightmare with Backmarket selling a faulty phone and they’ve been repairing it for over a month now.
Absolutely no help from the online service team.

@amyvoce Used to privately and feverishly binge eat in the lifts at work. Once got walked in upon by the Chancellor of the Exchequer with a gob full of mini babybel.
My NHS friend also feels like this. They clearly deserve much more but a small thing can mean a lot to all the tired and broken health workers seeing it. Remember, the vast majority of us are grateful and thankful for everything #NHSblueheart 💙 @joanna_nikolic
