@JCacciapaglia@Molson_Hart A windstorm blew a large tree down on my father’s house and he had to replace the entire roof. Without insurance it would have been tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. You don’t need it until you need it.
@norootcause People don’t have much capacity for novelty. I think we would actively harm our customers by changing too much, even bug fixes can break existing workarounds, which may appear to the customer as a new bug.
