Love Matt but…DK’s own hold on parlays runs like 25-40%. They limit or ban anyone who shows skill (which literally is the best part of prediction markets) then funnel casuals into boosted props engineered to lose. Wall Street market makers are tough ofc but at least they don’t kick you off the platform for winning.

@fairplaygov If enacted, operators such as @betparx should not be allowed to bypass the rules by force closing customer accounts. Accounts being force closed also creates an issue with customers being unable to access the cashier page to view and withdraw funds.

If someone got banned for reasons unrelated to betting a major market, they would also be unable to place a bet on a major market.
