2. Were Venezuelans deported to their home country? No

3. Were they sent to an El Salvadoran prison for at least a year or as long as Trump pays $6 million yearly? Yes

4. Is the El Salvadoran prison known for its human rights violations? Yes

5. Are they all proven gang members or illegal U.S. residents? No

6. Are there credible reports that some of the men imprisoned were in the U.S. legally, have no criminal record, and were not gang members? Yes

7. Are undocumented immigrants or enemy combatants entitled to due process under the Constitution and Geneva Convention? Yes

8. Is it unlawful to deny an undocumented immigrant a hearing before imprisoning them abroad? Yes

9. If these undocumented immigrants are indeed "enemy combatants," is it a war crime under the Geneva Convention to imprison them without a hearing?
