@Uber_Support 72+ hours, no resolution—just deleted chats. You put our lives at risk and all I got was “Thanks for your understanding.” Unacceptable.
I expect a full refund and a real, human response. You have my number—is anyone even there?

Please can someone @ Uber respond to me. I had a harrowing experience in an Unroadworthy Uber yesterday & Sadly my Son had to drive the vehicle As the Driver almost cost us our lives more than 2x. I was also overcharged. Uber app has not resolved this
