Last night's ECMWF took next week's US heat-wave to another level, with production-weighted temps approaching the record for the past 40 yrs (which occurred in 1995 of all years). Chart shows bias-corrected ens-mean forecasts. Only https://t.co/8oEl4lNcWH quantifies the impact.
