இப்போது ஒரே தோல்வியில் U turn அடித்தால் திமுக தமிழ்நாட்டில் irrelevant ஆக மாறிவிடும்… ஆகையால் பாஜகவோடு சில மறைமுக உடன்படிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளுமே தவிர, நேரடியாக கூட்டணி வர வாய்ப்பே இல்லை என நம்புகிறேன்…

The PIL field by Shri Allikuttai Radhakrishan in the matter of 3085 acres of Temple Lands in Karur District -
came today before the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court - Madurai Bench -

Their Lordships were pleased to issue notice and ordered a possible final hearing on 11.08.2026.
Government and @tnhrce respondents to file counter affidavits by 29.07.2026.

The Lordships also directed the District Collector to provide the land records of the 3085 acres.

One of the biggest lies told by @tnhrcedept counsels and the persons claiming to be counsels of the respective temples before the Hon'ble Division Bench is that - - before the order releasing no objections to Patta transfers was made - Temples were consulted -

How? The temples have no trustees - The Executive Officers in these temples ARE functioning by SHAMELESS FRAUDS on the TN HR&CE Act. - who represented the temples ? Who can?

We shall expose all these FRAUDS who work against temple interests before the Hon'ble Court.

*** The truth is many of the Officers of the @tnhrcedept especially Executive Officers of temples are completely against the illegal orders passed by the Commissioner and Revenue officials ***

#Vietnam boat accident is not shocking to me. Last year, I went to #Phuket & did a boat trip Phi Phi. The seas were extremely rough & I was concerned. "உழுதவருக்கே நிலம்" என்று சொல்லும்போது, அது உண்மையில் அவர்களை சென்றடைந்ததா? இந்த நிலங்களில் நிஜமாக உழைத்தவர்கள், வியர்வை சிந்தியவர்கள் பெரும்பாலும் தலித் சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள். இந்த சீர்திருத்தத்தின் பலன் அவர்களுக்குக் கிடைத்ததா? 1% கூட கிடைக்கவில்லை. நிலத்தை இழந்த கோவிலுக்கும் இல்லை, உழைத்த தொழிலாளிக்கும் இல்லை. நிலத்தை குத்தகைக்கு எடுத்தவர்கள் மட்டுமே பலன் பெற்றார்கள். கோவிலும் பயனடையவில்லை, உண்மையான உழைப்பாளியும் பயனடையவில்லை என்றால், இது எப்படி சமூக நீதி ஆகும்?

இனி, இது நிர்வாக ரீதியாக எப்படி நடந்தது என்று பாருங்கள். 09.07.2026 அன்று ஆட்சியர் ஒரு உத்தரவை பிறப்பிக்கிறார். அதே நாளில், சட்டத் துறை இணை ஆணையர் உடனடியாக ஒரு கடிதம் எழுதுகிறார். அதே நாளில் ஆணையர், ஒரு அதிகாரப்பூர்வ உத்தரவு கூட இல்லாமல், ஒரு பரிந்துரையை மண்டல இணை ஆணையருக்கு அனுப்புகிறார். மூன்று வெவ்வேறு அலுவலகங்கள், மூன்று வெவ்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகள், எல்லாம் ஒரே நாளில். இது வழக்கமான நிர்வாகம் அல்ல, இது திட்டமிட்ட நாடகம். மேலும், இது நடந்தது முதலமைச்சரின் வருகைக்கு சரியாக ஒரு நாள் முன்பு, அதாவது 10.07.2026 அன்று முதலமைச்சர் வருகை தரவிருந்த நிலையில். இந்த நேரம் தற்செயலானது இல்லை, இதற்குப் பின்னால் ஒரு ஒருங்கிணைந்த திட்டம் இருப்பதைக் காட்டுகிறது.

இது ஒரு சிறிய நிர்வாகக் குறைபாடு அல்ல. நடந்த ஒவ்வொரு இனாம் உத்தரவையும், இதில் ஆணையரின் பங்கையும் நீதித்துறை விசாரணைக்கு உட்படுத்த வேண்டும். பொது நிலத்தை தனியாருக்கு மாற்றுவதை சமூக நீதி என்று அலங்கரிப்பது அதை நீதியாக்கிவிடாது. அது மோசடிக்கு அணிவிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு சிறந்த உடை மட்டுமே.

Besides the 3085 acres of 4 temples of Karur region - there are 500 acres of Sri Balasubramania Temple, Vennaimalai, Karur under chronic encroachment.

No action on these encroachments were taken by the AIADMK or DMK or TVK Governments as per Court orders dating 2019.

This is what the Hon'ble Judges - Justice Shri Velmurugan and Justice Shri Pugalendi said while hearing a contempt petition about the inaction of the Government

“The poor deity has no voting right. On the other hand, the mighty encroachers have valuable votes. In a democratic polity, electoral arithmetic sometimes appears to influence administrative resolve. But constitutional governance is not subordinate to electoral expediency,” the judges observed, adding that the deity, recognised as a juristic person in law, cannot be left remediless because it does not participate in elections. The deity may not vote, but the Constitution .

The judges also observed its not just poor people who are encroachers -

they noted " that among the encroachers, 27 are government officers, 49 are industrialists and 38 are people wielding considerable influence. This very composition explains why the eviction proceedings were thwarted through massive protests by political leaders irrespective of party lines".
