Today we @OfficialNMCCE students had our 1st exam. It was extremely horrifying to see so much of crowd (2000+) gathering together. No covid protocols were being followed. College is playing with the lives of its students.

@akhil1485 We need equality is it too much to ask for? If all other Colleges agree to Mumbai University why can't Mithibai, NM follow the same? Its our future that we're talking about afterall the degree certificate has Mumbai University mentioned then why not follow its instructions too?

Atleast there are autonomous colleges like Sophia,KJ Somaiya & Thakur college who understand the plight of the students and are willing to hear the students issue.I Hope adamant colleges like @svkm_mithibai @OfficialNMCCE take a leaf out of their book

हे नैतिकदृष्ट्या समर्थनीय नाही.यांच्या निर्णयामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांच्या परीक्षा पद्धतींमध्ये आणि अर्थातच गुणदान प्रक्रियेत भेदभाव होणार.एकप्रकारे विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मूलभूत अधिकारांचे-‘परीक्षापद्धतीतील समानता'या तत्वाचे ह्यामुळे उल्लंघन होत आहे.

महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल हे महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे संविधानिक प्रमुख असून ते भारतीय संविधानानुसार विनिर्दिष्ट केलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करतात. तसेच राज्यातील विद्यापीठांचे राज्यपाल हे पदसिध्द कुलपती आहेत,म्हणून या चुकीच्या परीक्षा पद्धतीबद्दल पत्र देऊन अक्षेप नोंदवले #RightForEquality
