@bookingcom is useless in terms of flexibility. Even when you purchase the flexible ticket option, their customer support keeps telling you they can't help you with changing routes, giving you credits or refunds as Airlines policy doesn't allow them. Skip them next time.

I ordered @msigaming Optix MAG274QRF-QD on sale. I was sent an incorrect monitor. Amazon is only offering refund; so I have to buy the monitor at $250 increase

This was despite talking to 3 different customer aervice representative. They said they can only give the refund, and not send the correct item instead. They have the proof in pictures, but that didn't matter.
