Been having lots of convos recently with the likes of @Equitas15 and @kellyocg about the use of generative AI in-house as talent professionals, but curious to see the applications on the candidate side e.g. cover letters, interview preparations etc
Creating new content is what most people associated with GenAI. Here are 2 examples: $ROKU is hiring engineers to develop LLMs to generate metadata/artwork for videos. And social media giant TikTok is deploying LLMs to generate product descriptions for products sold on Tiktok
